New Eastside Cafe Worth a Visit

Because we live so far on the east side of Tucson, I wasn’t aware that the Paradise Bakery & Cafe had a location near the University of Arizona.  Last week I happened to stop at their new east side location at 6129 E. Broadway and was pleasantly surprised by their fresh bakery offerings, salad menu and wide variety of sandwiches.  Often guests at our hacienda want a good place to get fresh, appetizing salads or soup and maybe just 1/2 a sandwich for a lunch or dinner.  Without going to a large buffet, there aren’t many recommendations I’ve been able to make on the east side.  Check out their menu.  I have now added them to the restaurant list I provide in each guestroom at our bed and breakfast.
